If you have a non-fault accident, it may be possible to get a courtesy car from the insurance of the third party at fault – we have no control over this process or availability of such courtesy cars.

In the event of a breakdown or other mechanical fault, if your car is still within the manufacturer’s warranty then the manufacturer may be able to provide a courtesy car – we have no control over this process or availability of such courtesy cars.

WeFlex does have a limited fleet of courtesy cars available in some circumstances where the vehicle is undriveable. This is subject to availability.

Courtesy cars are not guaranteed or provided for under your contract and are subject in all cases to approval and availability.
