My PHV license is up for renewal
When your PHV license is up for renewal you will receive an email reminder from email@example.com.
Please respond to that email confirming you are available on the given date.
I need to collect original vehicle documents
If you need to collect any original vehicle documents (e.g V5 or PHV), please call us on 020 8033 8713 and speak to our support team.
You will be required to pay a £50 deposit upon collection, which will be refunded when you bring the document back.
I need a spare key for my EV
If you require a spare key, please call us on 020 8033 8713 and speak to our support team.
You will be required to pay a £300 deposit which will be refunded once you return the key.
How does mileage allowance work?
All of our EVs have an annual mileage allowance of 40,000, which is measured on a calendar month basis (3,333/month), which starts on the date you collect your vehicle.
Unused mileage from previous months doesn't carry over to the next month.
If you go over your monthly mileage allowance, you will be charged 8p/mile (20p/mile for our Mercedes-Benz models), which will be refunded to you when your contract has been completed.
Can I take my car abroad?
Yes you can! You just need to let us know before you go by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Where can I service/inspect my car?
You can take your car to any EV approved service centre.
If you have one of our rental or Rent-To-Buy bundles then we will organise this for you.
