Rent-To-Buy Contract
This is an Unregulated Hire Purchase agreement under the Business Use Exemption. This agreement is to be entered into wholly or predominantly for the purposes of business. This agreement will not have the benefit of the protection and remedies available under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
The prices above are based on an agreement over a period of 60 months. Once you have made all the payments due under this agreement you will own the vehicle. This agreement has an annual mileage allowance of 40,000, excess miles will be charged at 8p/mile only in the event that you cancel this agreement. You have Flexible Termination Rights under this contract where you can cancel the agreement with 4 weeks notice at any time, termination fees apply from £99-£399. Credit is subject to status. We will conduct a credit check and affordability assessment to ensure you meet our criteria. We reserve the right to refuse applications that do not meet our criteria. WeFlex is a responsible lender and so will ensure we make sure you can afford your payments with us prior to agreeing to give you a lease / finance agreement. Service Plan Key Information
Vehicle Servicing in accordance with the manufacturers recommended service intervals detailed here: https://www.weflex.co.uk/rent-to-buy-bundles. Included in the Vehicle Servicing will be scheduled maintenance checks, replacement filters and all fluid top-ups. Not included in the plan are replacement tyres, brake pads and brake discs, and all other consumables – bulbs, wiper blades, key fob batteries or any other part replacements whether covered under manufacturer warranty or not. The plan is based upon covering no more than the Maximum Monthly Mileage in the Hire Purchase Agreement, in the event that you cover more miles than the Maximum Monthly Mileage WeFlex reserves the right to charge additional charges.
Termination Fees
You have Flexible Termination Rights under both these contracts where you can cancel from 3 months after the agreement starts with 4 weeks notice.
