The WRS (WeFlex Referral Scheme) is subject to change or cancellation by WeFlex with immediate notice. 

The WRS is only applicable to WeFlex customers. 

The WRS is only applicable when the referred customer takes a Rent to Buy agreement, not a Rental agreement.

This enhanced WRS is only available until 31st March 2025. Any contacts which are referred must start a Rent-To-Buy agreement before the 31st March 2025 for the enhanced referral will count. After this date, normal referral terms and condition apply.

When you refer a customer through the WRS, you will receive account credit 4-5 weeks after the referred customer has joined WeFlex. You will not be credited if the referred person is no longer a customer after 4 weeks or has given the notice to end their agreement.

In practice, payouts will be made following a notification from our team of a successful scheme and a request for information on how the referrer and referred would like to receive payment. 

WeFlex reserves the right not to payout the referral amount if either the referrer or referred is in arrears or default or has given the notice to end their agreement with WeFlex. 

The WRS only applies to new customers. No credit will be applied if you refer someone who has been a WeFlex customer in the past. 

WeFlex reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
