Terms and conditions

 

1. Eligibility: To enter this competition, entrants must visit our showroom (Unit 6, Westpoint, Trading Estate Rd, Alliance Rd, London W3 0RA), sign in at reception and select 'Competition' as your reason for visiting, and complete the '🏆 Competition entry 🏆' survey given to you by an EV Expert.  

 

Our showroom opening hours are: 

Monday: 9am - 6:30pm 

Tuesday: 9:30am - 6:30pm 

Wednesday: 9am - 6:30pm 

Thursday: 9am - 6:30pm 

Friday: 9am - 6:30pm 

Saturday: 9am - 5pm 

Sunday: 9:30am - 4:30pm 

 

2. Participants: This competition is open to PCO drivers in London who are aged 25 years or over and are not currently WeFlex customers.

You must fit the following insurance criteria to be eligible to take the car for a week: 

 

Min age: 25  

Years held licence: 2+  

Licence type: Full UK licence  

No motoring disqualification in the last 5 years  

None of the following convictions in the past 5 years: AC, BA, CD, DD, DG, DR, MS, TT, UT  

None of the following convictions in the past 5 years: IN, LC  

DVLA licence points: Max 6 points  

At Fault Claims: max 2 in last 3 years  

Non-Fault Claims: max 3 in last 3 years

We also would not cover anyone who has suffered from any disability or medical condition which has not been notified to the DVLA as required.  

Or notified the DVLA of any disability or medical condition that resulted in the refusal of a driving licence for the class of vehicle to be driven.

3. Competition Period: The competition will commence at 1:00 pm on Monday, 19th August 2024, and entries close at 5:00 PM on Saturday 24th August 2024.

4. Prize Bundle: The prize includes the free use of a Hyundai IONIQ 5 for a week. The car is TfL licenced so you can work using the car for the week. You will also win £200 credit if you choose to out a Rent-To-Buy contract with WeFlex. This credit will be added to your account 4-5 weeks after you collect your Rent-To-Buy car, as long as you are not in arrears. The winner is liable for the £500 insurance excess.

5. Non-Transferability: The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 

 

6. Winner Selection: A minimum of 10 entries must be received for the prize draw to take place. One winner will be selected at random on Tues 26th August 2024 and contacted via email. Once the winner is selected, we will require the driving and PCO license details of the winner to make sure that you fit our insurance criteria listed in point 2 above.

 

7. Claim Deadline: The winner must collect the Hyundai IONIQ 5 between 27th August and 6th September 2024. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, you will lose it. 

 

8. Social Media Disclaimer: The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform. 

 

9. Acceptance of Terms: By entering the competition, each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. You will be required to sign a 1-week rental contract to collect the car. 

 

10. Promoter Information: The Promoter is WeFlex, with its registered office at Unit 6, Westpoint, Trading Estate Rd, Alliance Rd, London W3 0RA.
