The excess on our insurance is up to £1,000.

The excess is due 36 hours from the date and time of the incident and must either be paid directly or will be taken automatically via our continuous payment authority granted under the contract.

ALL customers are liable to pay the excess. If your claim is found to be completely non-fault with a third party liable then you will be refunded (excluding any non-recoverable costs).
