CEO and Co-Founder

Ex-CEO & Founder of Climatecars, an eco-friendly taxi service. Nicko launched Climatecars in 2007 aged 23 when he saw an opportunity to provide a green alternative to taxis. Climatecars was consistently profitable and Nicko sold the business to Addison Lee in 2015.

Natasha joined WeFlex in 2023 with over 4 years' experience as a COO from her previous role, in addition to more than 12 years prior to that as a lawyer at Shearman & Sterling and investment banker at HSBC, specialising in receivables finance.

Neeraj runs the sales side of WeFlex, helping our customers chose the right WeFlex product for them. Neeraj used to work at Citibank and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in Dubai.

With over 15 years of expertise in customer experience and operations, Leanne has successfully led teams in dynamic start-up environments in India, USA and UK.
