The WRS (WeFlex Referral Scheme) is subject to change or cancellation by WeFlex with immediate notice.

The WRS is only applicable to WeFlex customers.

The WRS is only applicable when the referred customer takes a Rent to Buy agreement, not a Rental agreement.

When you refer a customer through the WRS, you will both receive £100 account credit. The credit will be applied 4–5 weeks after the referred customer has joined WeFlex. You will not be credited if the referred person is no longer a customer after 4 weeks or has given notice to end their agreement.

In practice, payouts will be made following a notification from our team of a successful scheme and a request for information on how the referrer and referred would like to receive payment.

WeFlex reserves the right not to pay out the referral amount if either the referrer or referred is in arrears or default or has given notice to end their agreement with WeFlex.

Special condition for past WeFlex customers:
If the referrer is a past WeFlex customer (i.e., has had a previous contract with WeFlex) and refers a new customer, the past customer will receive 50% of the standard referral reward as cashback, and the person they referred will receive the full referral reward once they become a Rent-To-Buy customer. The lifecycle stage for determining eligibility and payout will be taken from the 4 weeks after the new customer collects their car, at the point of payment.

The WRS only applies to new customers. No credit will be applied if you refer someone who has been a WeFlex customer in the past.
