These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all customers (“You”, “Your”) participating in the WeFlex Rental Subscription program (“Subscription”). By renewing or continuing Your Subscription, You agree to the following conditions:

1. Payment Requirements

1.1. All weekly rental payments must be made on time and in full throughout the previous subscription term.
1.2. You must not have any outstanding arrears or overdue balances prior to commencing a new rental term.
1.3. Failure to maintain timely payments may result in ineligibility for renewal or termination of the Subscription.

2. Vehicle Condition

2.1. The vehicle must be returned and maintained in good working order, subject to reasonable wear and tear.
2.2. No major damage or overdue maintenance may exist at the time of renewal.
2.3. WeFlex reserves the right to inspect the vehicle prior to renewal and may refuse renewal if the vehicle does not meet condition standards.

3. Renewal Period

3.1. Subscription renewals must be completed within 7 days of the previous contract’s expiry date.
3.2. If the renewal is not completed within this timeframe, you may be required to return the vehicle or enter into a new contract at the then-current rates and terms.

4. Pricing and Renewals

4.1. Price reductions, promotional offers, or updated pricing will only apply to new or renewed terms.
4.2. Any price reduction or offer cannot be backdated if a renewal was missed or delayed.
4.3. Renewals are subject to approval based on payment history, vehicle condition, and compliance with these Terms.

5. Eligibility for New Terms

5.1. You may not move onto a new 3-month rental term if:

5.2 There are any arrears on Your account;

5.3 You have failed to make all payments on time during the previous term; or

5.4 The vehicle has not been properly maintained or inspected.​

6. General

6.1. WeFlex reserves the right to modify or update these Terms from time to time.
6.2. Continued use or renewal of the Subscription constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of these Terms.
6.3. These Terms operate in addition to Your main Rental Agreement with WeFlex.
