You are based in London and your car is undrivable for more than a week.

Apply for a replacement car

Email support@weflex.co.uk and our team will guide you through the process.

Collect your car

Pick up your licensed and insured EV. It's yours for the duration your car is undriveable.

If you have been involved in an accident, please report this to WeFlex Assist on 0333 207 9652 and the team will record the details of the accident and advise you on the next steps.
