Please read before you rent from Weflex. My experience with them was the worst possible. I was rented 64-plate Toyota auris for £219/week. After a short drive i noticed vehicle was not in the best condition for private hire business but management disregarded my concern. As someone new to the platform and with no extra money for another vehicle, I had little time to waste but to give it a try.
Vehicle broke down four times within the 6weeks rental period and in each case I had no replacement vehicle. I was also made to oversee vehicle repairs. It was a horrible experience and did put much pressure on my finance as I spent too much time off the road.
To make matters worse, Weflex charged me for the last week of the vehicle rental period, eventhough I could not use it due to breakdown. After 3months of returning the vehicle (actually AA had to recover from me because it was not drivable) I am still chasing for refund of the last week's charge. They will not reply to my calls and emails. There are some good pco rental companies out there. Stay away if you can!

Where is my car !!! ??? How long I must wait for my car!!!! Garage told me ONLY FOR ONE DAY!!! Now is already one week and I don’t have any information!!! I cannot work for one week !!!
Please understand me , my car had a defect from the beginning.
And then I waited 3 months to the service. Now it turned out that I was week without the car, even though it was supposed to last ONLY one day!!!

I am without the car from your (Garage/WeFlex) fault, and nobody isn't able to help me...
Please reschedule the payment for me , and I can pay again from 08.02.2019 , because I cannot work at the moment and this is not my fault...
I started cooperating with WeFlex from 24.10.2018 , and after two days I reported problem with my car to Niv.
After 3 months we flex found garage for my car and from 24.01.2019 my car is in garage.
Today is 30.01.2019 and I don’t have any more information about my car.
How I can pay for my car? How I can work for Uber now ?
Before garage told me , Kamil we need your car only for one day.
At the moment I waiting 7 days without any information when my car be ready...
Completely different service, for a new customer service is excellent, but after if you have any problem, service is horrible!!!!!

I'd like to thank Niv from the we flex team whom has shown to be a great asset of we flex an awkward customer as i do wanting only the best service and hate to be let down. He has done a brilliant job in keeping me happy and staying on top of the request i have asked.
I am currently renting one of the vehicles from we flex however Niv went the extra mile in looking into what i wanted to do going forward too and suggested a more sebsible option considering my circumstances.
Niv explained how this new option could save me alot of money through tje rent to buy scheme. As i know my credit qouldnt be great he looked into still for me and has suggested liasing with his manager an option for me, to get me to the rent to buy scheme clearly going out of his way to help me.

Lack of Transparency. Made to pay £3,500 non-refundable deposit before viewing vehicle, in person.
Purchased vehicle after making non-refundable deposit, on a Hire-to-Buy scheme. Condition of vehicle did not reflect advertisement. I blame myself, ultimately.

Very good company with a lot of cars to choose from, I can only recommend them. Neeraj was more than helpful getting my BMW, the whole process was so easy and fast without any problem at all.
So if you need a car for work regardless you only wanna rent or also own your car, just give them a call.
A great company! I made one phonecall and my life was made a lot easier by these guys! I spoke to a gentleman called Niv who told me about special incentives and ways to maximize my earnings! I know the drivers rating about them are not soo good, but I have worked with them for yrs and had no problem. Once ur calm and have a little bit of patience you will definitely have a good time with We Flex...
